WordWrap was founded in 1983, in order to provide word processing and office support services for clients. As our clients’ needs evolved, our services expanded to include a complete suite of administrative support.
Today, WordWrap provides five core services:

Our clients include businesses, government bodies, educational institutions, and hospitals, and range from large global corporations to small local organizations. Most of our clients have built long-term partnerships with us, and have continued to use our services for many years.

Kala Limbani
Founder and CEO
Kala Limbani is the Founder and CEO of WordWrap Associates a leader in developing and implementing customized administrative solutions which support her clients’ growth.
Since 1983, WordWrap has provided clients with a complete suite of administrative support. Maximizing technological and administrative advancements combined with a high level of customer service and customization has allowed Wordwrap to build a strong and loyal client list including business, government, institutional and non-profit organisations in Canada and the United States.
In 2020, Kala launched an exciting new venture, InteliWrap Solutions Inc. Co-founded with software technology veteran John Russell, Inteliwrap allows Kala to offer her clients an extended and competitive range of digital solutions to content management. InteliWrap uses leading edge digital tools to optimize the usability and accessibility of clients’ content and information assets.
Within her industry, Kala is committed to increasing workplace diversity and inclusion. She has served on the boards of the Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce and the Scarborough Women of Philanthropy Council. She is committed to being a mentor to organizations which provide services to clients with mental and physical disabilities.

Jay Pancholi
Director of Client Relations for Canada
Jay is an extremely accomplished client specialist who has an extensive track record managing complex projects with large multinational clients.
Her experience of working across multiple countries and successfully leading project teams is complemented by her in depth knowledge of the creative and design industry, acquired by working across various Educational institutions, Publication Houses, Design and Creative teams during her career.
She is the primary Client Relationship Manager, partnering closely with our People Performance Consultant, for Clients investing in their workforce through our new service offerings including: personality assessments, benchmarking, company stress test, leadership development workshops and much more.
Jay is highly energetic, meticulous and committed to high levels of service as she thoroughly manages Client projects from end to end.
Her superior communication and interpersonal skills are highly appreciated by all. Jay is committed to building strong, trusting, lifelong relationships, with all of WordWrap's clients.
Nimisha Mitha
Director of Client Relations for USA
Nimisha Mitha’s undisputable people skills and ability to multitask, has been instrumental in overseeing client accounts for WordWrap’s operations in the USA.
Ms. Mitha has over seven years of experience in customer service and administration, within the real estate and insurance industries, as well as the public service. She is an expert in listening to the needs of her clients, and ensuring that the service offering is tailored to those needs.
On top of her busy schedule, Ms. Mitha is currently pursuing an Associate in Arts at the Seminole State College of Florida.
Dr. Gina Valle
Director of Training
Dr. Gina Valle has brought her experience and deep insight regarding diversity in the workplace, to develop WordWrap’s customer service training curriculum.
Dr. Valle is an experienced practitioner in diversity initiatives, workplace education, second language learning, and customer service training. She has played an active role in the strategic planning of workplace programs for multinational organizations that are sensitive to the needs of a wide range of communities.
Dr. Valle holds an M. Ed. in Curriculum Development and a PhD in Teacher Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
Carole Jackson
Project Coordinator
Carole is an accomplished administrator, having an illustrious career supporting Senior executives in all areas of the business including planning, organizing and complex data needs.
She has been associated with WordWrap for over 20 years and has proven her expertise at coordinating and executing the delivery of complex projects with the highest level of quality.
Carole works on all aspects of project coordination owing to her skill with databases, client communication, coordination of activities, contracts and bookkeeping.
An avid multitasker, Carole is known for her eye for detail, process expertise and follow through skills.
Teresa Brownell
Office Support
Teresa has over 20 years of experience as a legal and administrative assistant.
She is an expert communicator with superior skills at drafting and reviewing content. Her passion for art gives her a keen eye for detail, beauty and perfection.
Teresa has been associated with WordWrap for over 10 years and has worked seamlessly across the Wordwrap team on all their data processing, transcription, word processing, formatting, and editing tasks.
Teresa is known for her customer centricity, accuracy and commitment to delivering great content for customers.
Gail Yohannan
Office and Events Coordinator
Gail Yohannan has over 20 years of administrative support experience, and possesses an ability for exceptional customer service. She has a passion for her work, and always goes above and beyond when assisting clients.
Ms. Yohannan also provides event support services. She approaches each event with superior organization and a strong attention to detail. Her professional relationship skills and artistic flair help Wordwrap’s clients execute outstanding professional events.
Satish Limbani
Comptroller
Satish Limbani is Wordwrap’s Comptroller, responsible for financial accounting and records management, statutory remissions and taxation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Mr. Limbani developed a proficiency in accounting as an entrepreneur. He has owned and operated a restaurant as well as his own home renovation company—JJ Home Reno. He is known by his clients for his consistency and diligence.
Sheena Tapia
People Performance Consultant
Sheena Tapia is an accomplished executive and coach, with over 17 years of experience leading teams to outstanding outcomes. She achieves this by starting with leadership development and focusing on human behaviour.
Her finance degree, from the University of Idaho, has given her the knowledge to be able to identify how changes in culture and leadership can drive outstanding bottom line results.
She is master in personality, motivators, and emotional intelligence (EQ) assessments, as well as coaching and feedback in the moment, crucial conversations, situational leadership, and much more. Sheena works with leaders and teams to first understand themselves, so they can then effectively understand their strengths and areas of opportunity. With these skills, they can then develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment, company, and industry.
Through her hands-on approach and focus on proper selection in hiring, onboarding, and development, Sheena reduces turnover, increases engagement, and creates unwavering loyalty amongst employees. Her philosophy is: it is not about putting together a new team, but rather unlocking the human potential of the existing team, and learning how to properly select new hires without bias.
Many companies invest in a Customer Experience officer, but her philosophy is: it starts with the employee experience. The customer experience will come. You can think of her as your Chief Experience Officer!
Jyothi Thyagarajan
Governance Advisor
Jyothi Thyagarajan is a Governance Advisor and provides governance oversight to Wordwrap.
Jyothi Thyagarajan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in Corporate Governance and Regulatory matters, within the financial services industry.
Ms. Thyagarajan commenced her career in the business start-up division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Singapore. There she was responsible for setting up businesses, acting as a regulatory compliance consultant, and Assistant Corporate Secretary to a portfolio of over 200 companies, that included subsidiaries of Multi-National Corporations (MNCs), public listed companies, joint ventures, and private (local) companies.
After moving to Canada in late 2004, Jyothi joined CIBC and was soon appointed as the Corporate Secretary to the wealth management subsidiaries.
In 2010, Ms. Thyagarajan accepted the position of Corporate Secretary at Tangerine Bank (formerly ING Bank of Canada), where she was instrumental in introducing governance practices and elevating the standards of board reporting and conduct of board meetings. She played an integral role during the strategic review, due diligence, and sale of Tangerine Bank by its shareholder, ING Groep N.V., to The Bank of Nova Scotia.
Ms. Thyagarajan brings with her proven expertise in overseeing the governance and management of large volume and complex transactions; liaison with regulators (OSFI, the OSC, IIROC and MFDA); policy governance and administration; change management, regulatory compliance, and board governance.
Kathy Kalafatides
Strategy Advisor
Kathy Kalafatides is a Strategy Advisor and provides strategy and organizational advice to WordWrap, in order to better meet its customers’ needs and enhance its service offerings.
Ms. Kalafatides is a senior consulting professional and brings over 25 years of experience in helping organizations change their business to drive sustainable results. She has worked across multiple industries, including financial services (retail banking, wealth management and insurance) and high tech (telecomm and digital media).
Ms. Kalafatides holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a BASc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto. She also holds Professional Engineering, P.Eng. and Project Management Professional, PMP designations.
